授業の概要 Class Overview

The purpose of this course is to introduce and develop a broad range of English language skills

that students. In particular, it will focus on developing student confidence in speaking English.

Students will improve their English language skills to accomplish basic tasks related to science.

They will improve their confidence in using English for communication.

到達目標 OUTCOMES <Goal>

Students will introduce themselves, and their area of interest in science in English.

Students will be able to give a short speech on a basic scientific topic in English.

Students will be able to write about a basic scientific topic in English.

Students will be able to write directions use of basic laboratory equipment in English.

Students will be able to give simple and clear directions for use of laboratory equipment in English.

Students will improve their knowledge of academic vocabulary (Academic word list570 words).
